The law firm of Patel Warren & Ervin offers a simple flat-fee business formation service available when clients complete an online intake form to retain the firm and submit the required fees and costs. For online formation services, our attorney fee is as low as $350 (only $45 for nonprofit corporations), plus filing fees and costs, depending on the type of entity chosen. As opposed to "do it yourself" documents or forms, all of the required documentation is prepared by the firm, reviewed by an attorney, and filed on your behalf.
After you complete our online intake form, we will provide you with a questionnaire with additional details regarding your business and chosen entity, and we will schedule a 60 minute consultation with an attorney to discuss the items in the questionnaire and any general questions you have. After we receive your questionnaire, we will complete the business formation process and return your documents in less than 7 days. Expedited processing is available for an additional charge.

- Texas Corporation: $720.89 ($350 attorney fee + $308.10 filing fee + $62.79 corporate kit cost).
- Texas Professional Corporation: $770.89 ($400 attorney fee + $308.10 filing fee + $62.79 corporate kit cost).
- Texas Limited Liability Company: $720.89 ($350 attorney fee + $308.10 filing fee + $62.79 LLC kit cost).
- Texas Professional Limited Liability Company: $770.89 ($400 attorney fee + $308.10 filing fee + $62.79 LLC kit cost).
- Texas Limited Partnership: $1,183.04 ($350 attorney fee + $770.25 filing fee + $62.79 LP kit cost).
- Texas Professional Association: $1,233.04 ($400 attorney fee + $770.25 filing fee + $62.79 PA kit cost).
- Texas Nonprofit Corporation: $133.47 ($45 attorney fee + $25.68 filing fee + $62.79 corporate kit cost).
Each standard business formation package includes the following services and items:
