the flat-fee approach
Our flat-fee uncontested divorce is available to those eligible to file in Texas. There are two flat-fee options we offer:
- Full Service Flat-fee Uncontested Divorce: The full service includes preparation of the necessary documents, filing of the documents in the appropriate court, a review of the paperwork with an attorney, and an attorney's appearance with you in court during a required "prove up" hearing. The full service is only available if you are eligible to and wish to file in one of the following counties: Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Montgomery, Waller, Galveston, and Liberty.
- Paperwork Only Service: The paperwork only service includes preparation of the necessary documents, a review of the paperwork with an attorney, and instructions from an attorney on the process of filing the documents and managing an appearance in court to represent yourself. The paperwork only service is available for divorces to be filed in any county in the State of Texas.
OUR FEES AND COSTS for a full service flat-fee uncontested divorce
